This episode is joined by guest speakers, Annabel Berry and Ashley Sweetman.
Annabel is founder of The Lamplight, a business established to shine a light on empowering positive business transformations by helping leaders and organisations to identify and implement changes. As a CIISec volunteer, executive director of Ladies Of London Hacking Society, and Chairperson of CyberNorth, Annabel continues to focus her energy on encouraging more diversity and inclusion in the cyber security industry.
 
Ashley is a Senior Manager in Cyber Partnerships and Government Engagement at Standard Chartered Bank. Before joining Standard Chartered Bank, Ashley gained a PhD on cyber security in financial services from the Department of War Studies at King’s College London. He published his first book, “Cyber and the City: Securing London’s Banks in the Computer Age” in 2023. He is also currently an Affiliate Fellow at the Research Institute for Sociotechnical Cyber Security (RISCS) at the University of Bristol.
